1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An mnl63 Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more shall be classified as a dormant account. mnl63 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact mnl63 customer support.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, mnl63's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In all cases, mnl63's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

mnl63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; receipt of a chargeback against a deposit; or a request from a regulatory authority.

Players may request closure of their mnl63 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed and all wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided.
